OK, here’s the deal. Recent data shows us that two things are happening:
First, real estate interest rates are rising and hitting 5.78% (the biggest weekly jump since 1987). Second, inflation is up with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) worse than initially thought. It’s now at 8.6%, setting another 40 rate high. My thoughts as to what happens next are here.
